Submit it through our maintenance form at cdacoliving.info/Maintenance (or email [email protected]) with photos and a short description. Requests are prioritised against our internal service targets, and urgent issues are normally seen within 2 days. A faulty smoke alarm is always urgent: report it through the same form and it's repaired or replaced within 2 business days. Full details in Living at CDA.

Day visits are always welcome, as long as your guest heads off by 10 PM. For overnight stays you need written permission from CDA first, and a $50 guest fee applies for that week (Mon–Sun). Guests staying more than 7 days must sign their own agreement. See the House Rules.

You do, mostly. Your room, your dishes, and a share of the common areas, with a roster we send the house so nobody has to invent one. A cleaner may also be provided at your property. Whether one comes and how often depends on the property, and it can change while you live there, so ask us and we'll confirm it for your house in writing. That's exactly the gap coliving is built to close. Working from your room all day and then eating alone is how a new city starts to feel lonely, so our houses are built around shared kitchens and living areas where you bump into your housemates without anyone having to organise anything. Cooking at the same time, a coffee before your first call, a shared meal on a Sunday: most friendships here start that way rather than at an event.

You still get a door that closes. Your room is yours, and nobody expects you to be social on a day you need to put your head down and work. Company when you want it, quiet when you don't. That balance is what makes landing in a new city easier than doing it from a studio apartment.
